Never will I go back with this company ever again. Every time we’ve needed services they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Sally acted completely unprofessional during my conversation with her and ended with her hanging up on me. Called and spoke with the supervisor and the supervisor just made excuses for sally. This wasn’t the first time we’ve come across problems with Jays electric. On another note We called Arthur at Heros air conditioning and heating and he was amazing came right away fixed the problem and at a great price! So I highly recommend Heros AC and heating and not Jays!

I've called them several times over the last 5 days to come look at my ac that they did the initial service on. Been on their list for 5 days with no call no show. Was first stop on the list 2 days ago. Still no call no show. Now they're not answering my calls. Initial service call was great. Prompt and polite, now... nothing!

Jays was dispatched via Lowes appliance warranty. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed issue and came back to repair my oven when parts came in from the manufacturer. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience!

Very unreliable, had roof damage from install, leaked throughout rainy season, destroyed ceilings for 3 months, had to threaten with lawsuit to get it remounted to stop the rain from destroying our home, the cooling still has not been fixed, its winter time but this will be the 4th summer with ac problems, and this is after 5000 bucks and new ac. By the time it is fixed i doubt the warranty covers it. Luckilly we are renters but i feel sorry for the owner she is a very respectful elderly lady and has done nothing but help us tolerate this ordeal. Overall, Jay's has not been reliable or honored their work, and the helper is very obnoxious, he cracked the front door beating on it. you could call it knocking but thats an understatement.

The tech never fixed our washer, supervisor made excuses for his workers and got rude with me over the phone. They're lazy and won't do their job.
