Jay's Total Flooring LLC

We used Jay's total flooring for a previous job and we have loved it! We decided to use them again to install carpet in 2 bedrooms and it looks great! Jay came on Wednesday and measured and gave us a quote and it was intall and finished by Monday morning at 10. Very impressed with the service and quality and will definitely use Jay in the future.

Jay’s Total Flooring has done a excellent job installing carpet at my properties! His prices are a great deal, the quality of carpets are some of the best ! In the 10 years I’ve worked with them, I’ve had no problems! They are clean , friendly and always on time . I would refer him to all my friends and family!

We were very pleased with our service, with the quality, and the overall price. Jay met at our house with samples and provided good insight on colors, textures, raw materials, lighting, etc. After selecting Jay ordered and scheduled install in less than a week. Jay did a great job getting our old carpet hauled away, the new padding installed and the new carpet installed. We had a tricky stairway with the balusters and the installation was flawless. We are very happy with the finished product.

I reached out for a quote on carpet. Not only did the price beat other offers but the carpet and pad quality were also better. They were helpful in working around us having to move multiple bedrooms, and the job was done very well. When the time comes to refresh our carpet I will 100% use Jay's flooring again. Let me start by saying, I love my new carpet. The quality we got for the price is unbeatable. Jay came out and showed me samples and provided me with a quote. He was patient while I was getting some more quotes, but his price couldn’t be beat. I will be honest and say it’s frustrated me that my installer was 3 hours late but he did show up and complete the job, on the day it was supposed to be done, albeit leaving at 9:30pm. The installer was extremely nice and did an amazing job on the install, even helping me move a mattress from one room to another after he finished. Over all, I would recommend them and would certainly hire them again.
