Jay is the man. Within 24 hours of calling, my rug was cleaned and looking brand new. Jay cleaned my hand-woven Moroccan rug from a market in the Middle East. It's 4.5" x 6.5" and was a gift for my 16th birthday. I’m in my 30s now, and it had never been professionally cleaned. It was stained, dull, and honestly just looked sad. Thank you, Jay, for bringing it back to life. The colors are rich again, the texture feels refreshed, and he did it all with skill, care, and good conversation. Whole thing took an hour.. He originally quoted me $125, but when he finished, he only charged me $100 because the rug was smaller in person. Who does that anymore? Same day and on time when I scheduled the appointment. Had rug never been cleaned in 4 years. Maid it look amazing
