Jim is very knowledgeable! He fixed both my LG washer and my LG refrigerator. He was very patient and explained things to me along the way. Prices are extremely reasonable! I now have a go to whenever I have issues with my LG appliances. He even recommended another small business contact for me to get my bathroom remodel finished. I highly recommend his services! You can’t go wrong!

Contacts the company August 29th with issue and board number, setup someone to come out Sept 4th, Finally got here on the 6th. Spent 30 minutes figuring out that the part I said was broken, is broken. October 4th they said the part is in, when I ordered the part last week and it already got here and I installed it. Now their $65 per hour turns into $65 for the first 15 minuets? Nothing was diagnosed or repaired. I'm willing to pay for an hour worth of work when he was here 30 minutes and but he wants to argue and demand more $. I'm disappointed in their unprofessionalism, slow to get parts (which may not be their fault but would have like the "by next week" been "by next month" so I wasnt without a dish washer for so long) Needs to work on customer service. Called in the repair on a Friday, Jim came out on Monday, diagnosed issue immediately and ordered parts. By Thursday he was back at our home repairing the washing machine, and all at an affordable rate. I also appreciate that he works to educate and show the client the issue. Will definitely be calling him for future repairs!

He was so quick to respond to my message regarding fixing my dryer. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. J&B Appliance repaired my dryer all within a half hour and under $200. I will definitely call him again for all my appliance repair needs. I highly recommend calling J&B for your repairs. Dryer was giving me more issues and had to call him back to take a look at what was still causing trouble. He responded very quickly and was back at my house within a day of contacting him. He had to order another part for the dryer. He was back in two days, and had the dryer fixed within 15 minutes. His knowledge and repair skills are excellent and extremely efficient. Jim messaged me back 20 min after I called and on a weekend too. I would still be waiting for any other repaire man. When he came over he found the issue with my washer right away. He ordered the part it came in 2 days later and my washer is back up and running. Attentive, caring, genuine, knowledgeable, and on time!
