honest • thorough • diligent! After some research to find a washing machine repair company, I chose JB Appliance Repair because of the great reviews. Setting up an appointment was very easy and they were able to come out the next day for diagnostics. I decided to move forward with the repair and Juan came out the next day just to double check another part to make sure it wasn’t that before ordering. This part was less expensive but unfortunately didn’t end up being the issue. The original part arrived the same week and Juan came back out to install it. Service person Diego was knowledgeable, polite, and effective in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend this family company, and would use them again if ever I have the need.

Diego, thank you very much! Friendly, kind, respectful. He educated us on what happened and also how to prevent it from happening again. Luckily, we didn’t need parts replacement, he made adjustments. He also helped us level it out better than it was before, and gave us health & safety tips with our dryer! Do not look any further! This is the company you need to call. I filled out the form online to schedule an appointment. Within seconds I received a text with an appointment for the next day. Juan diagnosed and repaired the dryer in one appointment. His rate was reasonable, Juan was friendly and communication from start to finish was great!

I had them come in for a diagnostic visit for our washing machine. He came in, gave it a thorough exam, confirmed my suspicious, gave us his recommendations and was in and out in 20-ish minutes. Very professional and pleasant. I do recommend them.
