Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Rude Behavior The handle on the bottom freezer drawer of my Samsung refrigerator came off, so I contacted JB Appliances for a repair. They quoted me $140 for the handle and $200 for labor — around $350 total. A technician named Luis came to replace the handle. After installing it, he briefly opened the drawer and showed me that it was “fixed.” When I tried pulling the handle myself — with the drawer completely empty — it immediately snapped off again right in front of him. Instead of taking responsibility, Luis rudely blamed me, raised his voice, and demanded payment, even though the handle clearly broke due to poor installation or low-quality parts. These guys are great! Came out right away to check this issue and got the parts needed and fixed as soon as they could. Luis their technician is awesome! Such a great guy. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I had a Bosch dishwasher problem over a weekend. Sent and email on Sunday about getting service and received a call back the next day and a tech out by Tuesday. The diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit and had the necessary parts on hand. Fantastic.
