JB Appliance Service is an honest company that has great customer service. They sent a technician out late on a Friday afternoon within 30 minutes of me contacting them to take a look at our refrigerator that was making an unusually loud noise. Their technician was friendly and courteous. It turns out he misdiagnosed our problem, but the company’s owner quickly rectified the problem and refunded our trip charge. You don’t come across service like that often these days! Five stars.
Luis was very knowledgable and polite. He was able to get my Samsung front loader fixed up quick! Very nice guy, will call again if needed for sure!
Highly recommend JB Appliance. Scheduling was easy and same week. Technicians were friendly and did great work. Very happy to have our refrigerator working properly again.
