Jet Septic

I am really happy with this company. Another company broke my septic filter and wanted to dig my yard up to make the repairs. Trey came up with a much better solution that didn’t involve destroying my yard. While they were here they also replaced my clean out pump in my basement. Trey was honest, always answered the phone and was a pleasure to deal with. The pricing was also very fair. I will be using this company again!

Have had two septic issues that required emergency services, and both times Jet has come through for me. Their availability and communication was top notch, and the owner Trey was fair and knowledgeable. You could tell he has the customer's best interests at heart. They were even able to send someone out in the snow during one of the calls to clear a clogged septic line. Will be working with them again for our septic needs in the future.

Had a water line replaced from my home to county connection at the end of my driveway. I did extensive research and received several quotes. I was also warned about any contractor that would immediately trench instead of fishing the new pipe under one hole in the ground. I also knew what the price range should be. These guys were actually recommended by the county. Even though the county employee said he technically can't suggest a vendor. Glad he did though. Much better service than what was received from larger companies as this is, an owner/operator business. Chuck came out, cleaned my septic system, answered all of my questions, was not in any rush and left the place clean and tidy. Will recommend to friends and neighbors!
