J&B Gould Air Conditioning & Heating

Just had the pleasure of J & B Gould replacing my residential air conditioning system. Ben and his 2 helpers were very professional and efficient. Also nice attention to detail so that things looked good as well. Before the install any concerns of mine found their way on the quote sheet and from there all work was performed as agreed with no surprises. So overall just a good experience from start to finish. Called Gould because I wanted second bid and had work done on another property so I knew Gould was honest fair and excellent workmanship! Here’s where the best part comes in : a huge chain ac company gave me a bid on a very cheap system. Gould said he doesn’t like that brand they offered and wouldn’t install one. Goulds price was higher but I received a text he would match the price get me a better system and one with a higher seer rating this was great customer care as I didn’t deserve his undue kindness but that’s how Gould’s work and care for their new and old customers. I’d rather put money in the pocket of a man providing for his family then corporate businesses.

A friend recommended J&B with a pretty high expectation. Not only was it achieved but surpassed. Ben personally was involved in my project from start to finish. He was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. World class service.

As a new resident to Florida, it was recommended that I call this company to have my air conditioner service. What a great recommendation! They showed up on time, in uniform and were extremely professional , very neat cleaning up anfyer themselves and took the time to annswer all the questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services… Great job!
