Having put in 3 pools with different builders in the past we are very impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the workmanship we received from Pools By Bradley. From the Office staff being so kind, from communication being open and always available, from feeling that every silly question I had was not a silly question, and never feeling that I was bothering anyone with all my questions, it has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their pools through Pools By bradley. Having been a manager myself for a major corporation for almost 40 years….I know how important it is to be able to reach real human beings to meet with, speak to and partner with! Pools by Bradley defines customer service. They built a beautiful pool that has become our haven away from all the chaos that life throws at us. There is tremendous complexity with these designs and installations. They have always been extremely friendly and responsive if there are any minor issues. PoolsbyBradley has been amazing to work with. Met w/ several builders and i knew immediately after meeting Marc Anderson that i needed to go with PooldbyBradley. Marc listened to us, made us feel valued, and did an awesome job designing the pool! We hit some rough terrain (possible gopher turtles) but were able to receive guidance from PoolsbyBradley on what to do to get clearance from county. One thing we loved about PoolsbyBradley is that they use the same contractors for all their pools. This definitely shows, pool build was awesome and so were all their pools subcontractors. Nick was our go to person after our pool was fired up and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you Nick!
