I am a Customer. Or was am not sure. They just stopped coming. Ive called once a week for at least 3 months! They say I will get a call back But I never do. How strange. Why not at least call me and say that they cant make it out to South Salem? Im at a loss on that. Anyway guess it's time to move on. 😕
I’ve had good service for 3 years but starting in October the customer service has declined. I’ve called several times each month and they keep billing me for twice a month service but I had requested service only once a month. I can’t seem to reach anyone that will discuss this with me. Seems to be an answering service that answers the phone.
