JB Plumbing has a customer for life. Our water heater died Monday morning. I called JB Plumbing for help. Kelley was setting up the appointment when's I told her we were expecting a baby in the next 48 hours she said someone would be right out to check on the issue. Within two hours JB Plumbing was at the house working on our water heater. Unfortunately the water heater needed to be replaced - the water heater was actually 20 years old. Jay and his team got everything fixed up for us be the end of the day. They had to work in my horribly hot attic at the hottest part if the day. They all had smile on their faces and generally cared about helping my family. Amazing customer serive is few and far between these days. I can not say enough good things about JB Plumbing.

After deciding I lacked the technology and know how to fix what I had broken, I called a plumber who showed up hours late, broke more pipes and ran out leaving me waterless. It was around 5 pm and I thought I was screwed at this point. Luckily I found JB Plumbing, called and spoke with Heather, she was quick to contact her people, laid out my options (Cost Saving Options), and had Randy at my house in no time. Randy was on point, listened intently, asked relevant follow up questions to ensure we were on the same page and got the job done in no time! I plan on using JB Plumbing in the future and want to say THANKS A MILLION HEATHER AND RANDY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

We had some water issues n gave JB plumbing a call, they came out, n took care of the problem n will use again. Highly recommended. Randy was awesome

Excellent plumber. Highly recommend!! I had a problem on a weekend. and they came out to temporarily stop water leak then fixed it Monday first thing.
