JB Sod & Land Management

I was extremely impressed after I contacted JB sod to help with my small project. They were able to schedule me within a few days. Ben was super informative when he came out to lay the sod. I had numerous questions but we were able to discuss my needs and proceed. They had some extra sod above my quoted price which they put down as part of the deal. I didn’t expect that but was very grateful. I highly recommended JB sod as they are professional and knowledgeable in what they do!

I was looking for someone to help finish a project that a previous contractor left a total mess. Jaz reached out to me saying he can finish the project and make it a lot better then the previous person did. Which he in fact he made my land better than what I was expecting. Great person to do business with. Always on top of communication, never had to worry him screwing me over. I would be looking forward for him to continue my 3 stage project, plus many more in the future.

Jaz and his team built a new patio and stairs to the lake for our AIRBNB. He did what he said he would do. He showed up when he said he would show up. Garbage for any contractor and we have worked with plenty of them. He was professional got the project done on time and on budget. He was also well Connected with the city inspector when permit time came. So we breezed through that process as well. All in all I would highly recommend Jaz and his company.

Jaz did an excellent job on my property. I had 2 acres that was overgrown with buckthorn as well as 100+ dead ash trees and he helped make a plan for me to do the removal and him to come mulch all the piles. My property is looking amazing and I could not be more pleased with the end result
