If you’re like me and were looking for a contractor but very concerned about who you were going to be dealing with, I strongly recommend and would trust Royal after my experience. My basement flooded, and I contacted three different contractors. Royal was the only one who provided a detailed estimate using Xactimate, which is exactly what my insurance company required. At first, I tried working directly with the insurance company myself, but they refused to cooperate. Once Royal got involved, they had the insurance company paying out the full policy amount almost immediately.
