JBC Home Inspections

I needed a home inspection prior to purchasing a 120+ year old home with many problems. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from JBC. The inspection was thorough and was followed up within 24 hours with a very detailed, clearly presented and easily accessed/shared report - invaluable when working with my contractor to make decisions regarding the home. Jason spent a great deal of time evaluating the house and barn from rooftop to below ground level. The report included over 100 photos/videos with audio and written descriptions as well as recommendations with prioritization for remediation.
