They are unbelievably rude here. It may be different if you're a Vietnamese customer, but since I'm not, they just let me have it with an attitude that made me feel like they thought I was stupid, because THEY don't understand fluent english. After I repeatedly explained what I needed for them to understand, they started going at it in Vietnamese, and I could see that my business wasn't appreciated here... so I thanked them and walked out. Racism is real.

Unprofessional, rude, and have absolutely no knowledge of plumbing fixtures or parts. I waited approximately 5 mins standing at the counter for someone to assist me while they buried their face in their phones watching videos at volume 100. I definitely do not recommend anyone giving them your business.

I called them to ask if they have 1inch pvc and what their price was and they me to come and find out and hung up, LOL

#1. If you don't speak Vietnamese, don't bother, in my opinion. #2. And I am not sure if it is because I'm a woman or because I'm white, but in my opinion, very rude yaking away in their language, and laughing as I attempt, with pictures and name (plumber gave me) of the plumbing part. Mean and abrupt at each of my attempts to get my message through to them.
