JBL Flooring Removal Solutions

I hired JBL Flooring Solutions to remove 3,000 square feet of tile and handle the demolition for my home remodeling project. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work and how efficiently the team operated together. They are true professionals who take pride in delivering excellent results. Working with them—and Steve, the owner—was a great experience. Steve is an honest and reliable person, which is evident in the fact that many of his employees have been working with him for over a decade. I don’t usually write reviews, but I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Finding honesty and quality craftsmanship in South Florida can be challenging, but JBL delivers both.

Our tile installer had planned on demolishing the existing tile in our newly purchased home, but when we all discovered that the flooring was actually engineered wood, he said he’d need at least an additional week to remove it. I called JBL. Steve promptly came out to review the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. His crew, led by the outstanding William, had the right equipment and experience to do the job efficiently, finishing within 1.5 days. The work was thorough, clean, safe, and professional. And Steve communicated with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, work, pace and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.

I would give 10 stars if I could! JBL Flooring Solutions was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial consultation/estimate with Tom, to the completion of the work by Steve and his crew, everything was top notch. I needed a few walls removed to open up the kitchen, a jacuzzi tub in the master bath removed, as well as tile removal to prep for my flooring install. They arrived on time both days, calling me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They took their time covering my kitchen cabinets and all A/C vents. They did such a precise job with the demo, none of the surrounding drywall was damaged on the walls or the ceiling. They also removed all of the baseboards with no damage to the walls. They were on time every single day, they worked hard and efficiently and I am still amazed at how fast demolition was completed. I originally chose this company due to the fact that the reviews rave about how clean the process is with this company, and the fact that they use air, scrubbers and vacuums, and I truly was not disappointed !! The work is absolutely impeccable, but dealing with all of the workers as well as the owner, was the true joyful experience for me because communication is everything and all of the workers and the owner were able to keep the communication smooth to make my life much easier during this hectic

We recently hired JBL Flooring Solutions to remove our tile, laminate flooring, & baseboards & demo our kitchen. They absolutely exceeded our expectations from the minute I contacted the owner, Steve. From start to finish, William & his crew were extremely professional, courteous, & impressively skilled. The crew took great care in protecting surrounding areas & they left our place spotless, including outside, post removal. There was barely any dust by the time they left & our foundation was smooth & looked amazing. Steve is so sincere & cares about doing a good job.
