JBrick installed my Senville Heat Pump that I purchased. He was very thorough and did an excellent job at a fair price. He does what he promises and was easy to deal with.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by this business. Jason explains everything so clearly and patiently answers all of the redundant questions I pepper him with. I always feel as though he and Chuck are doing their best despite the wonky, less-than -ideal system I have in one building and the great new system they installed in another building. Annette, who answers the phone and does the scheduling, is also extremely helpful. I recommend this company with enthusiasm every chance I get!

Quoted $125 for first half hour, every hour after is $120, billed in 15 minute increments. My tenant recorded 1.5 hours worth of activity which was determined to be a leak in the outdoor coil (outdoor unit would not cycle on). -No repair done -No parts -$20 Nitrogen Pressure Test -Diagnostic total: $350 I still can't figure out how 1.5 hours turns into $350. I was able to find other much more competitive/reasonable companies after the fact whose math added up. Lesson learned, local, 'small business', is not always better.
