Jason has repaired multiple appliances in our Hanover home. He has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, polite and personable. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Jason answered my phone call right away to schedule a service call. He was on time for the appointment, and fixed my Samsung dryer within 30 minutes with common parts he already had in his truck. When he put the dryer back in place, he even took the time to level the machine without me even asking (I couldn't get those darn leveling feet to turn). Reasonable rates, excellent service! I would definitely call on Jason again!

Called Jason two weeks ago for my washer that was not working. I was so excited he was able to come the same day I called since he was in the area. The main board needed to be replaced, he gave me three options and I chose the supplier with the quickest turnaround, which was the following Wednesday. The part was $200 and I paid him half plus the service appointment of $85, $185 total. He said he could come back Friday, great! Friday comes and no call and no show. I called, he picked up and then hung up on me. I called again and left a message. No word for a couple of days so I called again, another message, no response. Living with two kids as a single mom, I needed it fixed. So I ordered the part myself, another $200, and installed it myself. I don’t recommend him and would advise you do

We had a dishwasher that was 4-5 years old. It suddenly stopped heating in August of 2021. Jason came over and looked at it a few days later. He ordered a part for it (can’t remember what) and by mid September we had the part installed (Covid caused shipping delays) by August 19th 2021 the dishwasher didn’t have heat again. I was able to do a little research and found a reset to get us by. The heat would randomly work when I did the reset. When that finally stopped working I messaged Jason again. By the end of October he was back at our house to check it out. We agreed to try another part, 7 days later it was installed and dishwasher was up and running. Now here comes November and no heat again (can’t make this up) so he comes again and replaces a 3rd part. I know he replaced 3 parts and 2

I left Jason a voicemail about my broken kitchen aid stand mixer and he returned my call in a few days, instructing me to drop it off at his garage. He diagnosed the problem, texted me with the estimate, and then texted me when it was finished. He replaced the motor brushes, and now it works perfectly. Very reasonably priced, good communication and professional.
