Andy clearly cares about his customers and want's to help them. I highly recommend Royce Plumbing and Heating for anyone in the Upper Valley with plumbing or heating needs! It was a weekend and we had a clogged sewer drain at my home in Lebanon. Andy made time in his schedule on a Sunday morning to help me. He had been working well past midnight the night prior helping another customer yet still showed up exactly when he said he would and was quickly able to identify and fix the issue to get my pipes flowing again. He was professional, knowledgable and very fair with his pricing. I would call him again for any of my other plumbing or heating needs and would recommend to any friends or family members looking for help in this domain.

If there were zero stars choice, that would be my selection. Do not recommend calling for Service, don't waste your time. Been calling for 2 weeks. Female answered once and promised she'd call back tomorrow. That was 10 yesterdays ago. Find someone else!

Andy was the most responsive of a half-dozen plumbers I contacted to help an emergency situation at my small business. He understood the urgency and the impact that no hot water had to a salon business. He was resourceful in finding the appropriate commercial replacement, educated me on the electrical considerations, was professional and totally competent in the work and attention to detail. Despite a very busy schedule he not only fit in all the work but also a follow-up visit and is very responsive. Highly recommended to anyone.

Royce was very prompt on showing up early on a Sunday morning when our boiler had stopped working. He was very friendly and found and fixed the problem quickly. He explained to us what the problem was and what was done. I highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating needs.

Our water was backing up into the showers & we knew we had a clog. After trying to solve it ourselves & being defeated, we knew we needed a plumber. He was the only one that would come out that day. He fit us in & was on time, professional & knew where to start. He quickly had it unclogged. What a lifesaver!! I’d highly recommend him. His wife was responsive & actually called me back. She even called to let me know when he was on the way. That’s the way a business should be run!
