JB's Enclosures Tennessee

We contracted with JB Enclosures to build a 25x25 ft. Deck. Their work is superb and the price was very fair! Communication is great, the construction crew was great, and the overall experience has been incredible. If you want quality work, this is your contractor. We are thrilled! JB and his crew did a fantastic job on my patio enclosure! I love my new space. I had a couple of issues but JB immediately responded and took care of everything. I highly recommend JB Enclosures if you want the job done right and at the best price.

The communication is very poor. I have been trying to get to them for 3 months. They had installed the motorized screen and it’s coming off the cycle.. they haven’t come back when they said they will come back and fix it.. poorly managed company.. I would not recommend them.they don’t want to fix the problem they did and now I will have to spend money to get it fix.

I was told they were licensed and bonded. They're not. In addition, they didnt follow contract without us catching them and having them do things as stated therein. Work was sloppy, 4 months late, and my roof leaks, which a worker said happens all the time (they dont smartly test for leaks). JB also asked for salt to put on ice on my stained patio -- yes, they built it on snow day. The salt tore up my concrete everywhere they put it -- a $1400 fix. JB wont return multiple calls, emails, or texts over past month. He also blocked me from his Facebook page so I cant message there or, I'm sure, review him. I contacted the BBB, and he wont respond to them either. Next steps will be more formal and cost him more than fixing the leak. I would not use. .... See photo/video of leak INSIDE room and

Jeremy did a second job for me after an amazing job with my screen. He built custom front porch rails that look amazing and are super sturdy. He did it for much less than the outrageous price my builder quoted. And I appreciate the fact that he squeezed me into his busy schedule to help me get my CO.
