After our new kitchen tiles were installed, in a matter of months, grout started breaking out.Our confidence in Carlos &his company, JC Countertops, significantly decreased. During this same timeframe, the bathroom vanity installed had begun to change from a smooth surface to being pitted in some areas. After a year of avoided texts &unreturned phone calls, we finally did connect with him. He came to our house in 2024 September. He assured us that the crumbling grout would be repaired, &the bathroom vanity could be replaced. He assured us all of these promises would be fulfilled within 2 weeks, and he’d be in touch. Lowes contracts Caesarstone who contracts JC Countertops. This is for JC COUNTERTOPS ONLY. We went to pick up the slabs at Caesarstone, who sent the incorrect inferior slabs to JC. JC handled the problem with grace, and we got a beautiful result the second time. The measurer and Carlos the owner did a fantastic job. I would use them directly, NEVER through Lowes or Caesarstone.

We recently had a large water leak in our home and contacted several people for an estimate including the big box stores. No one could come close to the price, quality and delivery time of JC Countertops. The onsite crews were fast, efficient & their attention to detail was incredible. They always cleaned up after themselves & were very cautious with our recently refinished hardwood floors. Carlos & Katheryn made every step of the process so easy! They answered our many questions with the same level of professionalism, kindness & attention to detail that the whole crew displayed throughout the install.
