JCCL has installed three kitchens worth of countertops for me in the last two years. Their response is always fast and their results have always been great. I called them this last Monday to let them know that I had a broken sink in one of my units and I needed it repaired as soon as possible. They quickly gave me a great quote to replace a kitchen sink and I was ready to press forward immediately. For weeks now I have been trying. When I finally get them on the phone I've been told twice now that they want to send someone over for final measurements and it will be today or tomorrow and that they'll call me back. Never received a call, stopped responding on the website I initially contacted them through.
