A friend recommended JCW/Aberjona to us. We were surprised they were one of the few places open after mid-afternoon on a Saturday. After calling ahead to confirm their hours, we were encouraged to visit the showroom at 6pm for an appointment despite their hours being until 7. We had a terrific initial experience, with a thorough consultation for quartz and butcher block for a planned kitchen renovation. Accounting for the usual catch-up associated with the weekend, I waited until Wednesday in hopes of an emailed quote arriving. Upon nothing arriving, I followed up by email to get a status update. Eight days removed from our intial contact has resulted in no follow through. The 2-star rating is mostly due to the intitial contact and consultation. Strictly based on the lack of response

I worked with Debbi on purchasing some laminate countertops for my kitchen and she was absolutely amazing! I went back and forth over different styles and backsplashes and she was super responsive and quoted out all of my different options. On top of that, she processed my order and had the countertops ready in 24 hours! When I went to pick up the countertops, they helped me put them in my truck. The amount of effort and response for such a small order was just amazing! Would highly recommend JCW Countertops.
