JD Custom Carpentry

After a long period of time of searching for the perfect cabinets for our kitchen and no success, JD Custom Carpentry was highly recommended to my mother and I. I am both happy and greatful that we bought our cabinets from them! Fabiel the owner is attentive, mindful, and knowledgeable. He helped us in every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions and concerns. Most importantly he worked with our budget to get us the best products available. He was super patient with us during the times we were indecisive, not once was he mean or rude. Our cabinets were delivered in a timely manner and intact. I was a little hesitant because of all the horror stories you hear about contractors. However, I am so glad I took the risk! The kitchen came out beautiful and I receive tons of compliments on it. Of course, I am recommending JD Custom to everyone who inquires about cabinetry work. Thank you JD!

I brought a pew end from my church as a model asking them to make an estimate of the cost of joining 8 pew ends to make an octagonal table for communion and 6 ends to make an hexagonal table to hold a baptismal font. I was promised an estimate in a few days. I called a week later, no response. Made two other calls spaced 2 weeks apart. Talked with someone who said they would get back to me. Today about 4 months later I came to pick up the pew end and they would not give it back even after I showed them a picture of the pew end and another identical pew end. My fault in all of this was to trust and not require a signed piece of paper before leaving the sample. Lesson learned. Avoid this business like the plague.

It took a very long time to make my kitchen cabinets. I waited between 8 to 10 weeks for my kitchen cabinets. About 2 months after installation, the cabinets began to chip. JD Custom Carpentry said they would fix the cabinets so they would not chip. One month later started to chip again. Since then nothing has been done to fix the problem. They will not answer the phone. When I confronted JD Custom Cabinetry in person, they say they are not responsible. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER place but j d custom carpentry. They do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. They DESERVE ZERO STARS. IF YOU USE THIS PLACE YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND.
