I highly recommend JD Lawn Care Services LLC for any and all landscaping needs. From the beginning of the project to completion JD and his team where a pleasure to work with! When you receive an estimate from JD its accurate and broken out. JD knows how much material it will take to complete the job, you wont be left with the feeling you were overcharged. JD uses all hand tools to complete the project from removing sod, to building retaining walls this is all done with shovels and once the project is completed your lawn is still in fantastic shape. JD and team are highly skilled in erecting retaining walls, building flowerbeds, planting trees including adjusting and moving sprinklers. The bushes and mulch beds around my house were getting out of hand as I’m not able to take of much outside work myself. I decided to try JD Lawn Care Services in Lansing. They promptly got me into their schedule, so quickly, that I wasn’t home much of day they came. When I got home, WOW🤩, all around my house, it looked like a model home (see a few photos). I had watched a little of the work on my Ring Doorbell before I could come home. They were thorough doing all that I needed, shaping the bushes, removing lots of weeds/overgrowth and most importantly cleaned up everything to include a small dead tree. I’ll be calling them in the future. PS - I’m no relation to that “JD” of the Lawn Care Svcs 😊.

I would NOT recommend using this company. I reached out to them in early July for lawn service after receiving a couple recommendations via Nextdoor. They got back with me quickly and I provided the address we would be moving to so I could get a quote. After receiving the quote I advised a week we would like to start services and they said that would work. A few weeks later, I messaged them and advised we no longer needed any services. All of a sudden this past Sunday I receive a phone call from the company and an invoice for $110 in my email, which was for two mowing services. They advised they mowed for us on August 11th and August 18th. Mind you I've heard NOTHING from this company in over a month; no exact date was set, nothing. Highly recommend! My yard is an acre and I neglected it all fall/winter. They were incredibly responsive, affordable and did an excellent job removing all the leaves (full seasonal clean up) and mowing the lawn. Overall great experience and a wonderful business!
