Oasis Pools and Spas is an absolutely fantastic company! They have super friendly staff, top notch customer service, and get the jobs completed fast and efficiently every single time. I had a pump motor fail and I got in touch with their amazing dispatcher Mandy Kasten, who was able to immediately provide us a quote, and get the techs prepped and ready to install the new motor, not only the same day, but within a couple hours!! Cody Dana is superb! His customer service is excellent and while he was taking care of installing our new pump and motor he was training two new great techs. Ray has been really helpful in getting my pool up and running each year. The prices are decent and they have a lot of Hayward odds and ends in stock if you need something.

A few years ago I contacted Oasis to repair my pool heater. They arrived early to the appointment and left since I wasn't home from work yet. I called the owner to complain and he told me "it may be a good idea if I found another pool store". Very unprofessional. I wasn't belligerent or obnoxious, just complaining that the tech. arrived early and left when I wasn't there. No phone call, just left. I won't ever use this company.

EXCEPTIONAL quality of service! I called less than a week ago to schedule a service call. The lady who answered the phone (7 mins before closing, mind you) was pleasant and helpful. I felt listened to sing was given a scheduled date for the service. Today, the gentleman serving my pump arrived, assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote for the new pump and installed it SAME DAY!!🤩! I am beyond thankful to have called this business. Everywhere else was weeks out. I will refer everyone I know to this business💯🙌🏽

I normally don’t spend the time to review/rate businesses but this is worth it...the service has been declining at Oasis since we began using them 2 years ago. Most recently we were supposed to have them close our pool. With my husband deployed (who usually manages the mechanical aspect of the pool) I wasn’t sure how to drain it far enough down. When the technicians showed up, instead of allowing me time to drain it myself or offering to do it for me AND making me aware of a $50 charge, they just made it seem like it was a courtesy and it would be faster. They used their high powered pump, left my pool to go to another pool with me responsible to watch the water level, move the hose repeatedly, and turn it off before they got back (all while using my electricity) but we were still billed f
