I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. My heater died on me, I made an appointment online the next morning and then called to confirm. When I did the nice lady asked me if I wanted an earlier appointment. I did. Brice showed up on time, looked at my problem, and offered me several options. He was kind, professional and friendly. He and his assistant installed a new tankless system in about 6 hours. I was quite impressed with the detail and seamless organizing of the electrician, roofer and themselves getting and installing all the parts. I haven't gotten to really try out this new tankless system but... am very happy I called JD Precision.

Update... I just had Ryan come out and give me a quote on replacing our shower valve. I could not have asked for a better explanation on what to do, as well the work that will be preformed. He gave me options, which I was impressed with and never would of considered without him recommending them to me. I Would highly recommend using this company for any of you residential or commercial plumbing needs. Update Continued... I had them do the job. Wow!!!!! The work they did was phenomenal. He and his helper jumped on it right at the time we agreed that he would show up. Both were very courteous and polite. They actually finished the work ahead of the time he said he would. We could not be anymore pleased with work they did for us. Thank you again Ryan for your hard work and job you did. Also

Austin was great and did an amazing job on our plumbing. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. I had two leaks to my upstairs toilets and also he corrected the drain runoff from our HVAC system in the attic. I’m glad he caught that.

Andrew M. installed this beautiful bidet and I am very pleased. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the job. With this installation and other work JD Pluming has done for me, I know they only employ top professionals. Great job!

Steven of JD Precision came at 9pm, listened to my description of what happened (an overflow of the A/C drain pan) and suggested a modification that would allow me to clear the obstruction myself the next time this happens. I readily agreed and after he installed it he showed me how to use his modification. He also gave me a good price on all the work he did. This included using my shop vacuum to totally dry up all traces of water, putting everything away, and lugging my shop vacuum down from the attic.
