JDC Lawn Sprinklers

Denise, Ingrid and her entire team are fantastic to work with. We have been using JDC Lawn sprinklers for years and they always go above and beyond! The communication on when they are coming is impeccable, and they always ensure our system is working perfectly for the season. They do need access to the house, so timing is always crucial. They ensure they come when it is convenient for us, even if it means them adjusting their schedule. There is no better irrigation company around. Highly recommend.

We used them in the past with no issues. This year during turn on they said one zone out of 4 wasn't working. They turned off the one and left the other 3 on. The first time it was used only 2 zones came on. We called them to let them know 1 additional zone didn't come on. We were informed that we had to pay 85 for service call. Customer service didn't want to hear anything. Not a way to treat the customer. Might be looking for another company.

We received a quote from them for 2800. We found multiple other sprinkler companies that wanted to charge thousands less. The company we decided to go with charged us 600. I’d recommend doing research on prices before moving forward with this company.

Denise and her team are a pleasure to work with. She really knows her stuff and will make sure you get everything you need. Such a great experience.
