Purchased a washer and dryer set on 3/26/25 and had them install it on the 28th. I didn’t get to meet the owner in person just his son and coworker but his son and coworker were super chill and flexible with my schedule, and the owner communicated with me in a timely manner. What you see is what you get so the units themselves were meh, they’re older of course and they reeked of old metal washer and dryer smells, but it was nothing I couldn’t fix with distilled water and cleaning products tho. Overall I had 0 issues or complaints with this service. I’d used them again in a pinch and I’d recommend them for someone who needs appliances quickly👍.
