JDN recently finished our basement and we couldn't be more pleased with the work and professionalism they delivered. We were looking at a couple of different contractors to get the basement done before the holidays (started to look in mid-October). All of them gave super quick timelines that looked appealing. However, when JDN came in they gave us a fair market price and a timeline that wasn't "as quick" as the other contractors but a realistic one (still one that put us done before the holidays). The transparency and honest communication, along with the great work, was much appreciated and the very reason from the get go we went with JDN. We are so pleased with the quality of work done by JDN. Most deadlines, if not all, we’re met early or on time. The craftsmanship was awesome. Jake was easy to work with and was timely in responding to questions and concerns. I wish he would have been in charge of ALL the finish work in our home instead of just the basement. I would recommend him and contract with him again in a heartbeat. He finished on time and in budget and in so doing accommodated a couple of request that came in the middle of the project. JDN earned every star they got in this review!

We first met Jake when we visited a "spec home" he built and was selling. We were so impressed with his demand for quality workmanship and attention to detail that we hired him to build us a home. He was absolutely great to work with! He has the "heart of a teacher," educating us along the way, explaining our options, and helping us make good decisions and selections. He was easy to communicate with, honest, and handled any issues promptly and effectively. Jake completed our home on time and WITHIN BUDGET! We found that their motto of, "We build your home as if it's our own" is truly their standard, not simply a tag line. Now, two years later, we are still thrilled with our new home! If we ever build again, we will only use Jake of JDN Construction!

Jake finished our basement and later built some book shelves for us. He is detailed oriented, professional, listened to what we wanted and made great recommendations. He followed through with exceptional work. He is committed to meeting the expectations of the client. We were extremely happy with his work and have called him back for small jobs and advice on future remodels. I highly recommend Jake for any jobs you may have.
