I absolutely LOVE doing business with JDO Pools and Spas. The owners, Deana & Jose are very professional and personable. Jose and his team are knowledgeable and have helped us by sharing expert advice concerning the care of our pool. My husband and I will continue doing business with JDO and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great pool company.

I've referred several neighbors to JDO Pools & Spas. What I appreciate most is their relational approach to business. Deana seeks to really understand her client's vision and walks them through the process without pressure; answering any questions thoroughly AND promptly. Jose has serviced our pool since we installed it. What I really appreciate about Jose's approach to working with pool service clients is the fact he teaches HOW to maintain the pool. I really wanted to like JDO pools. They have a professional looking retail location in Kilmarnock, seemed to be experienced (as they also have a Richmond location) and the owner and Staff were nice. They were hired to close and open our pool. Closing went fine. Opening was a disaster: - They arrived late, worked for a couple of hours and left without saying a word. -The bottom of the pool was left filthy with debris. - All valves were left open - Pool heater was left on (don't know why it was turned on) - Skimmer baskets were broken - Circulation nozzles, and pool plugs were installed incorrectly. I left a message to see if they were coming back and received no response. I called again two days later and was informed they were going to return the next day. After a couple more unsucce

Jose and Deana were delightful! Jose and his staff were courteous, on time, and thorough. Jose is a perfectionist and it shows-our new pool is AMAZING! I was hesitant at first about ECCO Finish but I am a believer now! Thank you and highly recommend this company!
