JDog Junk Removal & Hauling St. George

I had a very unfortunate experience with this company. Apparently I was texting the whole time with AI. They had me down for Monday the 13th. Well, today is Monday and it’s the 12th. So they didn’t show up. When I text them, the reply was yes we will still be there today. Then a gentleman called me and said he had me down for the next day. I had already taken the day off of work today for this. I was quoted $39 for the bedroom and my couch starting at $49. With a $117 minimum for the day. A guy shows up two hours later And tells me I will be paying an additional almost $200 for the service! Which is also $200 more than every other quote I got in town. Absolutely fantastic service! I had some furniture I needed moved out of my house and my appointment was set within 30 minutes of my quote request. The crew that came to our house was professional, friendly, and worked fast. Prices are reasonable and I appreciate not having to worry about how to get rid of the things I no longer want. Tearson was knowledgeable about the business and upfront about costs and with what stains he knew he might not be able to get up (paint and nail polish) he was efficient and my carpets look and smell so much better! Will definitely be calling closer to the holidays to get my tiles and stairs freshened up. Thank you again!
