Plus they got rid of the old door Took my credit card payment over the phone and send me receipts to my email. I was very impressed with the professional staff. I would do this again.

My experience with JDR Windows was more than excellent!!! They excelled my expectations more than words can describe. I went to the store located on E. Tremont to purchase a few double hung windows for my house. The customer service I received was great, I even got a free estimate that same day. Within 2 days the windows came in and an appointment was set up to have the job done. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs window or door work done from the experience i had. It was a clean cut job without any complains.

I spoke to one of their installers who came to my house for an estimate for Two doors to be bought and installed. I agreed verbally to the price . Asked him to put it in writing never heard from him. His verbal price was on Dec 23rd. agreed to the price, also that I might have to weight 8 weeks to start. So I can't comment on the quality of their work. He did seem knowledgea able and I was willing to give a deposi j ohn ohn installed the doors today. Completely satisfied. Great work
