Great company with great customer service! Huge selection of products! As a contractor that has needed hvac supplies Jedco has been very helpful.

I needed non metal ceiling vents because 68 degree a/c temperatures and high humidity was causing condensation and eventually going to rust my existing metal ones. JEDCO had a plastic vent but I was concerned with quality and the exterior finish. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Looks great on the ceiling. Still get a little bit of condensation but won't rust now!

great prices, reasonable shipping, and great customer service. Website could use some refinement so if you don't see what you are searching for, try browsing or give them a call. I bought close to $200 in new registers and am a happy camper. And no they aren't going to pay shipping for your return when you make a mistake, so be careful look closely and if you have a question ask it before you order. I found them to be very responsive and speedy.

Customer service is terrible, I ordered 24x4 registers and 24x4 fire dampers that were supposedly in stock and they sent registers that were 24 x8 and back ordered the dampers. When I called the guy told me that they count the 4 to be how many vent opening there are not a size. I have to pay to return them, even though its their screw up.

I spent hundreds of dollars on their "solid brass" registers and within 6 months they looked as bad as the ones I replaced them with. All are rusting and can't be repaired by polishing. Probably, these are made in China where price is more important than quality. My email to Jedco asking about a warranty went unanswered.
