Jefferson iParkit Garage

Just a PSA- I recently bought a spot on SpotHero and you CANNOT fit if you have a pick-up truck. The listing was completely misleading in saying the height restriction is 8’2”. While we were able to enter the garage initially, we were then nearly unable to get around the first curve to get to the actual spots. We had to back up and then go back forward multiple times to not hit either side of the walls. The curve honestly seemed like it would be difficult with any kind of car. Once we got around the curve to where you park, there was a sign hanging that was only 7” that we were unable to fit under so we immediately just had to make the right turn to just go back down to the exit, also having issues with navigating the curve. So yeah, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK.

Closest to the medical building we visited. Very dirty. Deck needs a regular cleaning. Very old construction, Zigs & Zags, poles, not well lit. Way too expensive!$!$!$$$$$. Needs to have a discount for people going to the hospital & office building.

My disabled mother had a appointment, at the Honickman Building on 11th and Chestnut. So I decided to make reservation at this garage through MyJeffersonHealth for 2 Hours, which was supposed to be $15 from what the information said. After providing my card information and confirm payment, I was charged $27 instead of $15. I immediately cancel my reservation after that and found an alternative transportation for my mother for a lot cheaper then $27, what a shame on Jefferson for deceiving there patients..

30 min 39$ so better park on the street and get ticket, its cheaper!!!

Went 4 am to drop off patient for surgery. Plenty of spots. Hospital validates ticket (at security desk after crossing 2 ND floor bridge from garage to hospital) for a discount rate. Total parking time was close to 8 hrs for $18. Though it was well worth it.
