We followed the previous review instructions to find our car and it was so helpful it felt like a scavenger hunt, however G2 garage exit arm bar would not lift up long enough for us to drive out because there is another gate that takes tooo slow to open. We called the after hours phone number for support and he was able to lift the arm bar up for us again🙂 in conclusion do not park here after hours. We had to get McDonald’s afterwards cause we had to recover from our crash out but then the gps told us to turn onto a one way street. Luckily a lady copy was there to block traffic and let us turn around. What a crazy night 😪

Parked vehicles there for the week while on leave visiting DC. Went to leave Saturday morning to drive back to Georgia to my Army base find the whole place locked up tight. Who locks up on weekends in 2021? My bad for not checking the hours, but still. Called the parking company’s after hours line and they told me unless I was trapped inside they couldn’t help… they wouldn’t call a building manager or a security nope. I had to call the building security who found an engineer. He showed me that the hotel next door was another way into the garage. The plaza and hotel shared parking, but it was separated by a fence.except through the G3 level and that through and ESTABLISHING EXIT out the hotel I could get my car out properly. There where signs that direct you out that way. Wasn’t his job.

Didn't find anywhere in the parking lot saying the building would be locked up during weekends (literally rolling shutter doors), not on the walls, not on the ticket machines. Called the phone number about after-hour access, they recommended checking the ticket machines. But ALL ticket machines were locked inside the building. The comments here on Google Maps about the next-door hotel and the G3 floor trick saved my day, although I don't consider reading online comments to be a proper solution for this terrible parking access.

Did you get stuck when the garage closed? Here’s how to get to your car: -Go into the hotel and use the elevators to go down to G2 -Exit the elevator area to your right and find the gate to the ramp that goes down. It says no hotel guests on the ramp arm. -Walk down to G3 (watch for cars) -Turn right and you’ll see a door to the stairs. I believe it was red/maroon and I’m not sure there was a sign that it was stairs. -Open door and walk up to your level. Find your car. -Follow exit signs down to G3 to get to the ramp you walked down. -Drive up the ramp. -Scan and pay. Turn left, scan same ticket again. -You’re free! Drive on up and out.

$7 for 2 minutes! Found out the second we got in that they lock the doors Friday 10:00 pm to Monday morning! Waste of money. Ceilings are so low our tesla was inches from the roof. Saw other peoples paint on ceiling who weren’t so lucky. Never again.
