This company was recommended to me after learning my previous HVAC company went out of business. Spoke with Justin on the phone regarding need of water heater replacement. Sent pics and received estimate quickly. Christian and Jose came out to install and everything went smoothly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended

We had an issue with our shower that required cutting through the tile to replace a diverter. Alex and his assistant did a fantastic job. You cannot even tell that they cut into the tile. They replaced the broken parts, installed new ones, installed a decorative plate to cover the larger hole in the tile, and the shower looks better than ever! And, it’s once again working properly. They also did a great job in covering everything in the bathroom to protect it from the dust from cutting the tile and cleaned up so you didn’t even know they were here! That by the way, is the 2nd job Alex has done here and each time he has done excellent work. Plus he’s polite, friendly, and really customer focused. Highly recommend his work and Jeffrey Burke plumbing!

Gavin from Jeffrey Burke Plumbing & Heating stopped by today to install an RO/DI system for my fish tank—definitely not your everyday plumbing request—but he handled it flawlessly. He took the time to explain how his experience with RO systems translated to what I needed, and he really listened to how I wanted everything set up. The final result looks like it was always meant to be there: clean, professional, and thoughtfully laid out. Facing a frozen kitchen pipe during a recent cold snap, I called Jeff Burke for emergency service. Cristian arrived promptly the same day. He was excellent—super pleasant, efficient, and thorough in thawing the pipe. He even proactively checked our other faucets to ensure the issue was isolated. The workmanship was top-notch. The only slight drawback was the final cost, which approached $1300. This was a bit higher than expected and above the typical national range for a straightforward thaw service (with no pipe burst). While the emergency premium is definitely understandable, the final price was a bit sobering. Ultimately, however, excellent work delivered!

The service was great and all parties I spoke with were knowledgeable and professional. I needed a new motor for my HVAC. The communication was excellent and Justin did a phenomenal job. They were timely and attentive and I appreciate their service and I highly recommend using them for your heating and cooling needs.
