Jeff's Pool & Spa Service

Holy mackerel!!! They’re now charging $10 for a pool water test!! A few months ago ( and for many years) it was $3. Then they raised the price to $5 a couple months ago. I walked in yesterday only to find that the price is now $10! Are they crazy???? Good luck with that! Do they really think anyone is going to spend $10 to do a water test on their pool? This SHOULD BE a service they provide to attract customers to buy their over priced products. I guess their new strategy is to overcharge on everything. We've been trying to get them to come service our pool for over 2 months. They have been out once to test the water but never followed up. They took our $50 just to test the water and tell us we need chemicals. I have called and my husband has called. It's ridiculous and we will never do business with them! Totally unprofessional!!

BEWARE - Misleading Reviews and Poor Service! I trusted Jeff's Pool and Spa Service based on their glowing reviews, but it was a mistake. After they botched the job, I had to hire another company to fix their numerous errors. Digging deeper, I discovered something alarming: many of these "positive" reviews are written by their own employees, managers, and even family members. Look at my attached evidence—it’s clear that leaving a fake review is rewarded with “Employee of the Month” status. This deceptive practice completely undermines any trust in their so-called reputation. How can you trust a company that manipulates reviews to scam unsuspecting customers? They prioritize covering up their poor work over providing professional service. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of this company.

10/10, 5/5 is not enough to give these guys the roses they deserve. I have been a customer with them for the last 4 years. The techs they bring out are always the best and honest hard working men. I have never seen or heard of an issue when it comes to their VERY professional work. If you’re looking for someone that knows a thing or two about pools, give these guys a shout! Appreciate everything you guys do!

Shannon at the St. Mary's shop is amazing! We converted our pool to saltwater a little over a year ago. My husband is usually the one to maintain the pool but he is away for work and it was left up to me. He left me with some instructions but I was still very overwhelmed because I hadn't had to mess with it since it was converted. Shannon has been so helpful! I have been taking in samples almost weekly to make sure all the chemicals are balanced. She is super friendly and informative. She advised me to clean the salt cell because my chlorine level was very low. She told me if I needed help to give her a call and she could walk me through it over the phone or even video chat! I have had to call her a couple of times and she has been so kind and answered all my questions! You rock, Shannon!
