Just had a new AC unit installed by Sam Pickren Air & Heat, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish! The team was professional and efficient and kept everything clean and organized. It was New Year’s eve and our heat went out. We weren’t expecting anyone to be able to come work on it today, but Bill really came through. He was very professional, to the point, and efficient in his work. We really appreciated Bill and the time he took to come fix our heat on such a busy day!

Very quick response to an online request. Mr. Garrett was professional, and experienced. Checked my AC/Heating unit and discovered a blown fuse, which led to a search as to "why". Found a wire that had found a ground through vibration, quickly fixed that. AC/Heating working properly now. Many thanks.

Guys installed complete duct system in a shop for us to a package unit I had purchased. Did a great job. Great custom workmanship. Was very hot and they took the time to get it completed and did not rush and made sure every detail was handled. Highly recommend.

Bill did the best job ever! He was here to do semi yearly inspection and any maintenance if needed on both my units. He was extremely detailed in cleaning both units. It was a pleasure having Bill at my home. I will request Bill in the future!
