The entire experience was smooth and amazing. Ryan was my point of contact, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. The installation crew was considerate and patient when explaining everything. They even matched the color of my ceiling, just like in the photos. My only issue was that Jellyfish should send a confirmation for the day of installation. Other than that, I would highly recommend them. It was also much more affordable than its competitors.

I’ll start with the lights are great but that sums it up. The installation is terrible first the track color didn’t match my previous track color, so the installers should’ve stopped and made a phone call. The wire connectors are left outside the tracks, angle cuts are off, they just screwed the track down wherever without trying to keep it straight, didn’t notch out around things, didn’t run wiring in eves like the back part of the house was done, all sorts of things So I call the salesman Parker and let him know how unsatisfied I am about the installation and sent him photos of everything, he agrees that the installation is terrible and they would send out another crew to make it right. Well after not hearing anything for over a week I contact Parker again and he tells me the branch mana

We just had the best experience with our install. First of our sales guy Ryan was really great. I would definitely recommend him. And then our installers or Marco and Alfredo. Super easy to work with. Super respectful of the house and also very knowledgeable about the set up. I would highly recommend.

Very fast and professional work! It looked fantastic! Cant be more happier. The only regret was that I didn’t do this earlier! There was one section on the side front that it wasn’t quoted and I had to include it so I called Ryan back and he had them come out again same day towards the evening and had it installed! Fantastic team and effort! Jorge and his crew was great and respectful.
