We had recently moved to the Dayton area and bought an older home that was in sore need of a kitchen glow up, but we didn’t know where to start. Happily, Google brought us to JEM Designs, and the process was very smooth and straight forward to redesign our kitchen layout and order cabinets thru them. We initially worked with a turn-keyed kitchen design/remodeler for a moderate size kitchen but the designer flatly declined to change her design to accommodate our ideas of an unconventional tight L-shaped fridge corner, 12" depth extension and the 2nd sink on the island. So we looked for other designer who will listen to us. Liz patiently listened to all of our crazy ideas and came up with very creative solutions for cabinets that fit all our needs and visions. Pricing was within our budget and the process is pain-free and timely. Products were delivered as promised and no damages. Replacement orders were done as soon as they could. Lindsay was so helpful with educating me on different options I had for a bathroom vanity. I love the fact that it was customized and built and designed specifically for the space I had. Once ordered, the items were shipped quickly (within one week) to my house. We love the three pieces along with the countertop. Thanks JEM designs!
