Our gutters had leaked for years. Multiple companies came out, fixed a few gaps where they leaked, one company finally replaced the gutters, but they still leaked. Everyone who came out said we needed a new roof, which we knew, but none mentioned that that was the reason our gutters leaked. In October, 2024, I called a local roofing company that had good reviews. A young man came out and told us that we definitely needed a new roof and that it was pushing on the gutters, causing the leaks. He gave us a quote of over $20K for new sheeting, shingles and labor. I have had several new roofs installed on variouse properties by other roofing companies and I can honestly say that "Johnson Restoration" has by far exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful in navigate through the insurance claim process and were also very thorough, prompt and respectful of not only my property but even the neighbors on both sides of our home. We are located in Yankee Trace and so our homes are close together. Not only did they put up protection barriers around our landscaping but they also protected our neighbors landscaping. Furniture on the patio was removed and put back exactly the way it was. They also had a supervisor we could easily communicate with on sight the entire length of the project. Tom guided us through the insurance process, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation so much easier. After a storm damaged our roof causing some interior leaks, we asked around and were told to call Johnson Restoration. Matt Allen came out and tarped our damaged sections with more rain on the way. Keep in mind our roof pitch is no joke. From there, he helped with selection and the office team scheduled us in the coming weeks. The team tore down and replaced our roof in one day!!!
