We hired Jemstone Construction for a full renovation of our new condo. It was torn apart and re built. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. Renovations in a condo building have challenges which Mike handled skillfully. He has a steady demeanor and is very patient which makes communicating painless. Any issues that arose were resolved. The quality of work is excellent from the tile installation and plumbing to the woodwork and carpentry to the electric and lighting. I would definitely hire Jemstone for another project.

After a health issue delayed the initial, agreed-upon start date, Jemstone Construction could not have been more understanding and put my project on hold for many months. When I was finally able to start the Jack and Jill bathroom remodel, Mike and his team were on time and professional. I was so impressed, that I added on to my project and I could not be more pleased. The projects were completed in a timely manner, even with my ‘add-ons’ and at a very fair price. Inspections were passed with flying colors and the quality of work is excellent.

Mike at Jemstone was incredible to work with through the long process of renovating our family room / dining room. Our house is old and custom, and the room was 1300 square feet. Mike was very patient and helpful throughout the long process of renovation, The work was extremely professional and I would recommend Jemstone to anyone in the market for home renovation.

Mike did our kitchen and bath with new cabinets, tile in the shower and the condo floors with porcelain tile and installed new baseboard. WOW! He is the best. The tile came out beautifully and the baseboard and paint was excellent. This was not an easy job, as the tub and floor layers had to be removed and the concrete was uneven. Mike and Deb handled the whole job, answered all our questions, and finished in a most timely manner. Clean up was very good for our move-in, too. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Deb for any job. Thanks so much!
