I started working with Nick and Matt in March after I started having a leaky roof after some big storms. I had just settled on the house at the end of January so this was disheartening. This company is very helpful in filing claims with your home insurance and helping you along the whole process. Matt handled all of the insurance stuff with me and although my insurance did not cover my roof (due to no fault of JEMZ), they were still able to give me a beautiful brand new roof along with some other upgrades to the house. Following severe weather, damage to our roof was causing water to leak into the house. I called Nick at JEMZ for an inspection. He was out almost immediately and told me that, although we could get away with a few patches and repairs the time to replace the roof was coming. I asked him for estimates for repairs, replacement, and for a full overhaul with new gutters. He reviewed the options in detail and provided quotes quickly. His quotes were very competitive, better than most, so we decided to do the full overhaul - and I'm glad we did!
