Casey has been really great to work with in getting our son’s unit at Cobbletone dried, cleaned and all wet drywall, etc. removed very expeditiously. Apparently he was also on site until 2:30 last evening working through remediation issues. As a result a good amount of our son’s stuff seems to have survived the sprinkler pipe leak that caused this damage. He has been very responsive to our concerns and questions today and for that we are very grateful as our son was and will be away during this entire process from the start of the leak and likely until the apartment is fully repaired! As you can see from the pics cleanup is going very well so far. Thank you Casey!

I worked with Casey who managed the project in my home.. He was so kind and kept me informed with everything. He was very knowledgeable and sweet. Carlos, Dorthy accompanied him and they worked as a team to complete my project faster then I was told it would be done. Great Job and I will use them again ❤️

From the initial return call from Jaime to when he showed at the house for assessment everything has been top notch. He was courteous as well as knowledgeable about the job ahead. Kim, Wendy & Carlos did a phenomenal job. They were all pleasant, respectful of our home & kept us in the loop as the day & job was progressing. I hope to never need this type of work done again but if so I would definitely be requesting to have this same team come out if at all possible as they were a great, hard working team that got the job done. Casey & Sergio returned @ later date to help with movement of furniture and were two of the nicest guys ever. I can’t say enough great things about this Jenkins team!

Mid Tech Jacob, Environmental Tech Casey and PM Sergio displayed phenomenal customer service. These gentlemen from Jenkins Restoration were highly flexible at a time when the GC backed out of the job. Sergio, did not even show any sort of concern. He quickly made some calls and Jacob and Casey showed up and took care of getting the job started as planned. Very professional group.

The workers Casey and Kim were very polite and professional! They both went above and beyond to get the job done and answered all the questions we had so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Very awesome employees
