Jenkins Heating Cooling & Plumbing

I dont leave reviews usually. But i am just so happy with the service Jenkins Heating provided that I HAD to leave a review. We've been trying to get someone out to fix our furnace, and after several no shows I asked a community page for reccomendations, Jenkins was reccomended, and I can see why. I called and the very same day, on short notice he was able to make a trip out to fix our furnace. Very professional, friendly and informative.10/10 fair prices and good service, will be a repeat customer myself, and happy to reccomend to others.

We had Jenkins come out to service our hot water on demand system because we did not have hot water. We were charged $460 and two days later, we no longer had hot water. When we called back, we were told they have done all that they could and didn't know what else to do.. who does that?! Jenkins had no issue taking $460 of ours and didn't continue to try to resolve our issue. Customers should not be treated this way. My husband and I work hard for our money and Jenkins took it although they didn’t fix the issue. 100% unprofessional and rude. Do not use them.

Did work for this loser and still not getting paid 3 months later.worst buisiness man ever!
