Richardson's Flooring is top notch. Not only are they very professional but the owner is very kind and listens to everything you want. We got carpet installed and it was done to perfection. I would not go to any of these big stores who sell carpet then hire out the job to anyone. Richardson's has his own crew and again they are top notch! I would recommend them to everyone!!! Do you ever wonder why small businesses are failing? I can think of one instance; I wanted to return an unused box of flooring to this place (of which I just spent several hundred dollars with) only to find out policy doesn't allow for returns after 30 days. Lowe's and Home Depot don't have that policy. And as a retired veteran I get 10% discount. Never again will I shop here. And my spouse, who bought for her company remnants, also finished. Off to spread the word on Facebook, Yelp, etc.
