This review is long overdue but we couldn’t possibly go into Thanksgiving without sharing our gratitude for the team at Jenkins Restoration! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and within the first 90 days, we had our first claim- a leak between our laundry and powder room on the first floor. USAA assigned Jenkins and I thank God they did because WOW! 6/5 STARS! JENKINS IS THE ONLY RESTORATION COMPANY WE WILL EVER USE AGAIN! After a devastating flood left my home gutted down to the studs, we were understandably overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. Thankfully I found Jenkins Restorations on Google. In the devastation of our home's destruction and equally scared as we were confused, a literal CONVOY of water mitigation experts rolled up our street and immediately began to assuage our concerns. By sunrise the next day, there was a small army of workers in the home rapidly working to salvage what was possible and to prevent further damage/loss. From day one, Jenkins brought a sense of calm, confidence, and clarity to what would have been a complex and terrifying months-long restoration journey. Jenkins immediately established themselves

The work done turned out so nice! From the paint to the flooring….all pristine, with amazing attention to detail and so fast. It was impressive to see! A professional, respectful crew; careful with our belongings and cleaned up nicely before they left. Lots of communication throughout from the project manager; with sound advice on which repairs were needed and was very transparent with all pricing and out of pocket impacts for any upgrades we selected. Will highly recommend to anyone we can!

I recently had a large flood in my home and Jenkins did the restoration and repair. Services was excellent and my assigned project manager, David Chavez provided outstanding service. Answered all my questions and made sure all work was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Jenkins!
