We have used Jenkintown Building services for over 10 years. They perform a high quality service. Price is on the high side, however, this is a real company that is insured (check the skyscrapers in Philly, you will find them there) and their staff are experts. You do NOT need to worry that they don't know what they are doing or that your property will be damaged or their workers injured. Highly recommended

If I could give this company no stars I would. The window cleaning was just average. The workers did not show up on time. One of my window frames was broken. The window seals were not cleaned at all I had to re-clean them all. After the job was completed they had the nerve to try to charge me an additional $1500 because they said they underestimated the job. Never again

I was sitting in 1500 locust street apartments and the window guy just said excuse me when I sat down in a very rude tone and shook his head at me. Definitely rude person and I know customer service. He easily could have said “ Hey there sorry could you move I’m finishing up can you move for a second”. I would train your people better!

Did not provide written bid. Verbal bid 3 times that of others. Felt like I had to chase them down- if they didn’t want to deal with a historically sensitive job they should have just said so, rather than string me along and waste my time.
